Trademark dispute over "iPhone" in Canada

Wired's Gadget Lab suggests that the non-release of the iPhone in Canada has more to do with someone else owning -- and not selling -- the "iPhone" trademark rather than the excessive price gouging by our very own Rogers Communications Inc.

"Ready, Aye, Ready" was a slogan used by Canadian politicians to indicate Canada's willingness to assist the British Empire in any conflict. It remains in use as a motto for some of the Canadian military. It has almost nothing to do with the content of this blog.
