Use of abandonware legal in the US again

Good to see the US's copyright law moving in the right direction for once:

it's now going to be legal to hack copy protection on computer software and video machines that are no longer available, including those that use hardware-based methods such as "dongles."

Ready, Aye, Ready

"Ready, Aye, Ready" was a slogan used by Canadian politicians to indicate Canada's willingness to assist the British Empire in any conflict. It remains in use as a motto for some of the Canadian military. It has almost nothing to do with the content of this blog.
