Data privacy really does matter

Jeremy Clarkson of "Top Gear" fame felt that the outcry about data privacy was so overblown that he wrote an editorial about it and included his bank details.

Yeah, it was pilfered shortly afterwards (with a donation to the British Diabetic Association!) To his credit, Clarkson admitted to being wrong.

Ready, Aye, Ready

"Ready, Aye, Ready" was a slogan used by Canadian politicians to indicate Canada's willingness to assist the British Empire in any conflict. It remains in use as a motto for some of the Canadian military. It has almost nothing to do with the content of this blog.
